SUHO Inc.(이하 "회사")는 MOSIMO 기기와 앱(이하 "서비스")을 제공하면서 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다. 이 방침은 일본 개인정보보호법(APPI)을 기준으로 하며, 이용자가 있는 다른 나라의 법이 더 강한 보호를 요구하면 그에 따릅니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적, 보관 기간

2. 외부 서비스 (처리 위탁·국외 이전)
- Cloudflare (미국): 서버 운영과 데이터 저장
- OpenAI (미국): 답변 생성, 웹 검색 (요청 내용 저장 안 함 설정)
- ElevenLabs (미국): 받아쓰기와 음성 합성. ElevenLabs 정책에 따라 처리 기록이 일정 기간 남을 수 있습니다
- MET Norway (노르웨이): 날씨 예보 (반올림한 좌표만 전송)
- Google, Apple (미국): 로그인과 사용자가 연결한 메일·캘린더 (도입 예정)
이 업체들은 각 나라에 있으며, 회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 정보를 보냅니다.
3. 이용자의 권리
앱과 기기에서 대화 기록과 기기 데이터를 지울 수 있고, 위치 공유와 메일·캘린더 연결은 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 열람·정정·삭제·이용 정지 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요.
4. 광고와 판매
회사는 이용자의 정보를 광고에 쓰거나 판매하지 않습니다.
5. 아동
서비스는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
6. 변경과 연락처
방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다.

SUHO Inc.（以下「当社」）は、MOSIMOデバイスとアプリ（以下「本サービス」）の提供に必要な最小限の情報のみを取り扱います。本ポリシーは日本の個人情報保護法（APPI）に基づき、利用者の所在国の法令がより強い保護を求める場合はそれに従います。
1. 取り扱う情報・目的・保存期間

2. 外部サービス（委託・外国への提供）
- Cloudflare（米国）：サーバー運用とデータ保存
- OpenAI（米国）：回答生成、Web検索（リクエスト内容を保存しない設定）
- ElevenLabs（米国）：文字起こしと音声合成。同社の方針により処理記録が一定期間残る場合があります
- MET Norway（ノルウェー）：天気予報（丸めた座標のみ送信）
- Google、Apple（米国）：サインインと、ユーザーが連携したメール・カレンダー（導入予定）
当社は本サービスの提供に必要な範囲でのみ情報を提供します。
3. 利用者の権利
アプリとデバイスから会話記録やデバイスデータを削除でき、位置情報の共有やメール・カレンダー連携はいつでも停止できます。開示・訂正・削除・利用停止のご請求は下記までご連絡ください。
4. 広告と販売
当社は利用者の情報を広告に利用したり販売したりしません。
5. 子ども
本サービスは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
6. 改定とお問い合わせ
改定時は施行日とともに本ページでお知らせします。

SUHO Inc. ("we") handles only the minimum information needed to provide the MOSIMO device and app (the "Service"). This policy follows Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI); where the law of a user's country gives stronger protection, we follow it.
1. What we process, why, and for how long

2. Service providers and transfers abroad
- Cloudflare (USA): server hosting and storage
- OpenAI (USA): generating answers and web search (requests are not stored)
- ElevenLabs (USA): speech-to-text and voice. Under its policy, processing logs may be kept for a period
- MET Norway (Norway): weather forecasts (rounded coordinates only)
- Google and Apple (USA): sign-in and the mail and calendars you link (planned)
We share information with them only as needed to provide the Service.
3. Your choices and rights
You can delete conversation records and device data from the app and the device, and stop location sharing or mail and calendar linking at any time. Send requests to access, correct, delete or stop using your data to the contact below.
4. Ads and sale
We do not use your information for advertising and do not sell it.
5. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13.
6. Changes and contact
We post changes on this page with a new effective date.
